Got home to a nice little parcel and have just unwrapped and tried it.

It is a little black box (a bit bigger than a pat of butter) with a purple knob with numbers going from 0 to 10 and a little pipe sticking out which the tubing sticks onto and then more tubing to attach it to the domes and a short plug coming off it.

I rigged it all up and then turned the machine on - wow it's powerful!  I was only on level one and my boobs went bright red when it started sucking and an insect bite I had on one side started bleeding!  I decided that I would leave it for an hour and noogle first so I could swell a little to start it off to make it easier on my boobs.

The only thing I find strange is that if you keep the knob on the same level, it just keeps sucking.  I might try twiddling the knobs round to different levels so there is a change of suction - like the technique of pumping, letting go and then pumping up again -I think this is how the BB machine works and I've read some stuff on Eve's forum about that that looks good.  This could be a better way (although time consuming) but we'll see!

Thank you Rachiex for the initial feedback. Dont forget that you can use the blue regulator button which is attached to the piece of tubing, to release and repump so that this will deflate and reinflate the breasts.

Rachiex.... how loud is it?  Can you keep it on without too many people noticing?  If it doesnt automatically stop pumping, then I guess you can't sleep with it on?

Have not had very good luck with getting some time to try this out - the other day there was a huge storm and a powercut at my house so I couldn't use it and yesterday was my first driving lesson and my dad's birthday.  Have got some time now so I'm using it as I type.

I'm considering buying the Noogleberry system and just saw the electric pump post.  I'm wondering if i should wait until that is available before starting.
Does anyone know when that will be and what the cost is?

I used Brava 8 yrs ago for an entire year.  I had a little success but not what I had hoped.  I went thru 3 pumps.  I hope the Noogle ones are more durable.   

I've had 2 babies since Brava, so I need some help!!

Sorry.  I pressed enter before I had finished typing but didn't realise it until now!!

The suction is very strong - it's not so much a pump as a suck but you can adjust the knob on the side so the suction goes down and up with the pressure.  I think the problem I have with it at the moment is that it is quite a hard pull, especially when you use it before you pump with the hand pump. 

It could do with having more of a pumping motion built into it other than a full on sucking as it is a bit relentless - I suppose you might have to get used to it and I have only been doing it for 3 days so don't know the best ways to use it etc.

Joan - the noise isn't loud but it does sound like a low vibrating noise so it could be one of those noises that can be heard in the room below and the person wonders what it is!

Spider - obviously it's up to you whether you want to wait until there is an electric pump up and running and fully tested but I am only the first tester and this is only the first 'prototype'.  I know Catsrule uses the Brava domes (I think anyways) and I know she does Brava in the Winter - you might want to look at her posts about Brava and Noogleberry or just have a read through lots of the posts and ask lots of questions before you decide whether to wait until the electric pump comes out. 

I'll keep posting when I can - ask as many questions as you want

I think i will not wait and just get the hand pump.  Sounds like a lot of women have had good results with that.

It's completely up to you as you have to be happy with what you are choosing (although it sounds like you have done research and things in the past).  Personally I have been very happy with the hand pump and hopefully the electric pump can be the icing on the cake??!

sounds like both the electric pump and hand pump would have their pros and cons

for example the electric pump couldn't be used when there's no electricity, thus would be harder to use if not near an outlet, traveling, etc. but the hand pump often times you can't be hand free till you get to the point you need before you can hold. so I would think having both would be a good idea, I know I'm happy with my hand pump and waiting on Rachie to continue her awesome feedback to determine if I need an electric pump as well, but it looks like I would still use my hand pump even if I had the electric one, the power goes out here often when it storms, most the base is powered by wind power, also if I were to go travel the hand pump seems better to travel with.

and lol at the vibrating, my hubby would probably rush in the room thinking it was play time LMFAO

Ow -  I have a big yellow bruise covering the whole of my right breast from the pump and that's on setting number 3 after pumping for an hour with the domes.  It could have been the hand pump (although i used the same pressure as normal) but I don't think it is.

I think I may just use the hand pump very gently tonight and start on the electric pump and go back to setting number 1 when the bruising has gone down!

Are bruises a sign of internal damage?  I hope I haven't done something permanent

hi rach now these guidelines come from the know it all bruiser !!!!!!
 if youve got bruises please stop smell the roses for a few days dont hand pump either give yourself a week I did so much internal bruising that I stopped for 3 weeks but mine were obvious lumps inside my breasts ( it scared the living daylights out of me lol..... I had an expensive mammogram and all and saw heaps of internal bruising it has all gone away well and truly now lol....
 so if youve bruised your boobs only a little dont worry just have a little rest and start again on low setting I have always used a guage since that time and have never had another problem love ol aunt Jellyeeeeeeeee...........

Using the electric pump would this then make the system more like the brava system without the cost??  Would you be able to wear it longer??

I tried again with the pump tonight and my bruise flared up again - maybe I didn't give it enough time to heal (although it was about a week).

I think it is quite strong.  You can use the little blue knob thing on the side to change the suction levels up and down but I think the problem is that it just keeps sucking, there isn't a constant - even when you turn it to 0, by the time you've done that it hurts because it is a little too strong.

Hmmm - I will keep testing but will go very gently and may even use it on my non-bruised boob but then I don't want it to be bigger than the other one...
