Dear All, Just to let you know that at present we are invloved in an issue with eBay over a patent with something not related to our breast systems and this will be resolved next Tuesday when we will re-open the eBay shop with all our products etc. In fact the issue does not stem from eBay but from a separate company who appear to be upset that we are offering a product similar to theirs for less than half the price that they sell it at. We always pride ourselves on offering good customer service and especially value for money for our customers which is even more vital now with the financial situation as it is. We will not be forced to increase our prices in order to make more money, instead our legal team are addressing this issue (we hold the relevant patent).
We will re-open on Tuesday 4th August 2009, when this issue will be resolved.
Im sorry we didnt notify everyone yesterday and apologise for any concerns that this has caused. All of our previous eBay orders have been shipped.
