I have been lurking on this site and have been nogling in the background on and off for about a year now... Where do you get your Kigelia serum from? I have just ordered the femagis cream containing PM and Kigelia so am hoping that I will have some growth with it if it's any good)

UPDATE:

I just started back with the SLP and protein shakes. I have to take protein shakes now because I just started the P90X workout today! Ripped body here I come! 

I am going to try pumping more because I DO NOT want to lose my boobs while working out. The P90X program is INTENSE! It has me working out for 6 days a week! I checked out the before and after picture, so I am convinced it works. I will post my results from them in 90 days when the program is complete.

I will also continue taking PM at low doses. Right now, I would say I am a medium/full 32D (24 hours after pumping), not quite so overflowing as I would like to be. My 32D bra just fits without pumping for a few days. I have been pumping once a day, sometimes (not very often) I pump twice a day, each time for 30-45 minutes. I am going to "aim" to pump 3 times a day for 1 hour each time.

Still aiming for a 32DD..... Almost there!

It just shows that even being as small as a AAAA u can still get the size you want with a noogleberry!
I started off 32aa sept-oct last year & i used the brava system for 10 weeks & gained 2 1/2inchs
& ive gained half an inch for the last 2weeks using noogleberry & i would DIE if i got your results in 5months! Thankyou sooo much for posting all your photo's,its really helped me dedicate myself to NB.

Thanks for the awesome compliment!  I am glad I could be of inspiration to someone that is why I posted my pics, because I wasn`t going to. But I saw Kultzu pics and thought for sure I have to at least try it out. I wished to gain size like this but never imagined it would actually happen!

3 inches in total is amazing yourself! All it really takes is time. I can`t believe it is 6 months already. I will just keep pumping until I gain the size I want. You will see results too, even though it may take a little longer than me.

I am already taking a PM supplement, what supplements have worked best for you? I took PM for several weeks before ordering nb and stopped because it made my breasts so sore to the touch, wish I hadn't now because I realize it was begining growth most likely. I would like to maximize my chances and am willing to try most anything. If you suggest a supplement please add details and where I might obtain them. Thanks so much!

I have really only taken one PM supplement, which worked great for me. I will be running out soon, so I might switch to something else or another brand. I have some PM from thanyaporn (in a pink bottle), so I might try that after. Although I am hesitant because it does not seem to be 100% pure PM. I will see how it works for others probably before I try it.

I also took BO from ultrabreast which worked great for me, but my body got used it and my growth slowed down so I decided to try something else. You can get ultrabreast from   www.medplex.net.

Right now I've gone from 32/32.5 inches to 34 inches in about 2 months..can't wait till I get bigger:) Your pictures are very encouraging.

Mariah, it seems like you know a lot about herbs and BO.

I'm doing NB too, but taking SP, fenugreek and fennel at the same time.  Do u think it'd be a good idea to add BO to my routine?will it conflict?

Thanks so much for your comments. I am sure if you keep pumping you can get 3.5 inches, NB is really great! 1.5-2 inch increase is pretty good yourself. Just keep pumping and give it time, that is what I did.

I have been researching and experiment for almost 7 years now. It has only been in the last year and a half that I have actually found things that worked for me.

I would watch out for the SP because it is known for causing weight gain and cellulite. I don't think BO would necessarily help your routine. I would suggest one or the other. Using both at the same time would be like making them compete to see which one will work so they both don't work. No need to rush, NBE takes a lot of patience and I have learned that first hand. After you are done with your herbs you can do a full liver cleanse or take Milk Thistle to regenerate your liver then you can start BO. I hope that helps and let me know if you have anymore questions.

Yes, you have given me some hope that this system will work, however, if you stop noogling do you return to your before size? or is it a permanent growth?

I stopped noogling for about a month a few months ago and I did not return back to my normal size. However, the fullness that lingers for about 24 hours was gone but I still remained the same size. My bra still fit pretty good.

I pump now whenever I can, just to maintain what I have. If I have not pumped for over 24 hours I maintain a 32D. But it just fits, not overflowing or anything. My 32C is still too small.

I think after time it becomes permanent. That has been my experience with NB, anyway.

UPDATE:

It has been around 7 months since I have been pumping, I have lost track now!

I am a very full 32D, or a very full 34C. I am aiming for a 34D or 34DD now. I tried on some 32Ds and 32DDs they are too small in the cups. I can fit the 34Ds, even though they are not very full and overflowing. So, I will switch to 34 bands, because they offer bigger cups, which is what I want.

My 32C bra is too small and the 32Ds are too small. I would say I am a 32DD (even though I am busting out of the cups!). I finally reached my goal!!!

I went from an AA to a DD, in about 7 months.

The second and third picture is today, over 24 hours after my last pump.

I should also add this bra is completely unpadded.
