NB supplement?
«
on:

ok so ive ordered this supplement 2 days ago, its supposed to help with alot of this including breast growth
its ROYAL JELLY 2000MGS
i found out about it on the black hair media forum, under body types- "i think ive found the miracle" or something along those lines.
a girl on there had a very big boob growth spurt while taking them and she has piscs in the thread.
its not a estrogenic herb or anything like that, and i personally feel quite comfortable taking it, i just want my order to hurry up so i can start.
among other things ladies in the thread are saying things like its making there hair grow like "weeds" and there breasts, it also helps joint problems and makes the skin very nice and fights the signs of ageing. so im thinking that with all this pumping that it could have a really good effect, ive just gotta try it.
they say that to get those effects you gotta take from 1500 to 2000mgs a day, so ive ordered a pack of 1000mg capsules which ill take twice a day
and ill report back if my boobies start swelling at a unusual rate
oh yeah,, its supposed to boost yr libido too and fertility!!!

Please do let us know how you get along with it. I wouldn't mind supplementing while noogling as long as it isn't estrogenic. Did herbs for awhile and didn't get much of an effect. Just acne and some hair loss. I myself ordered MSM and will be taking it in a month. Take care.

I feel ya Ann, I have gotten more acne (I've had acne since I was about 12 so had it before taking herbs just it's gotten worse), and my hair started falling out more (my hair was falling out before taking herbs due to a stressful situation). I have gained from taking supplements, but I just am tired of my hair falling out, so I stopped taking what I was taking. I am going to do a body cleanse and a fast, see if maybe it's just toxins in my body doing it. Then I might finish off the herbs I have or I might start Bovine Ovary. Haven't decided yet. But I've herd some good things about royal jelly.

how do you do a body clense, ive heard this mentioned on another forum but it involves buying lots of expensive detox items and i just got put off, im interested in the cider vineger route, but dont know what im supposed to do with it...
would be nice to clean out my system before taking the royal jelly.. fresh start and every thing
any advice?
ill let you know how i get on with the royal jelly, i feel really positve about it, from everything i have read, even just for the general health benifits id take it.
doing herbs is sort of boring, i get bored popping so many every day and easly discoraged,
the royal jelly seems to be more of a vitamin than anything else.

I usually buy this complete body cleanse, 5 day fast kit from a natural food store. But since I'm not in that location anymore I found it online, it has a liver, kidney, colon, etc. cleanse in it and the nutrients needed to do a 5 day fast. If you are not interested or disciplined enough to do a fast or have never done one, I do not suggest you do one for that long to start out. The same company that makes the kit I use sells total body cleanses, colon cleanses, liver cleanses, etc. So you can buy a specific cleanse if you like. All the cleanses are herbal. If you go on amazon.com and search "total body cleanse" you will find plenty of products to choose from. A friend of mine said she used this acai berry total body cleanse and liked it, I might try it in a few more months, but I think right now I need to fast and cleanse. I believe the kit I use is around $30. Most cleanses are not more than $40. I never used any of the ones that cost over $100, as I don't see how they would be any better just because they cost more. I usually do at least a colon cleanse every 6 months, and I fast at least once a year, usually I do it every few months to make sure my system is clean.

Cleansing is a good point. I personally have flushed my liver it has helped me in many ways, not just hormonally. Just did a cleanse this month since I've decided to stop using herbs for NB. Acne is gone. This is my 4th time in 2 years. The first time was interesting to say the least. If anyone is interested you can google how to do a liver flush. An important part of the cleanse is to drink/eat green apples a few days before the flush. The malic acid helps to soften the stones. My mom helped convince me of this method when she stumbled upon a book that offered a natural way to get rid of gallstones. Her only option was surgery (like most people) so she decided to give it a try. She hasn't had a problem since then. Sorry for going off topic, but had to share my experience.

i really wanna do this now so $30 would prob be about£18 in the uk, which is not to bad.
im going to look up the apple cider vinegar, as they sell it in my health food shop, and says its for cleansing but just need to look up how i take it.
wow all of the pills i take , id love to see and feel what effects a cleanse gives me.. i must be so clogged up with junk its unreal, and over the years taking herbs and various vits...
im excited now, i think ill give it a go for 48 hrs and see how i manage
ill need to get what im going to do sorted first i guess...
sooooo??? can you eat anything at all like fruit or just the green apples b4 hand and thats it... like any particular thing you can eat if your feeling a bit tired or faint?
i can go a day with just one meal and not think about it, but knowing that ive got to not eat should be interesting.. and hard!!!
and i will google liver flush, thanks ann, but im hopeing it flushes out everything, lol my body must be like a pharmacy rubbish bin

Okay I showed this site to a friend to explain the different methods of fasting and how to do it properly.
http://www.howtofast.net/
I do juice fasting normally for about 5 days. And I will only drink fresh fruit juice. Sometimes I add carrots or celery in it. I'll have a few glasses of juice a day and the rest just water, no sugar, no salt, no preservatives, etc. But if you have never fast before I would not suggest doing what I do the first time. I would suggest skipping a meal a day for a few days, maybe only eat one meal a day for a few days and see how it goes. And try to eat only fresh foods instead of processed, try not to eat alot of sugar, salt, caffeine, etc. I have not had caffeine in about 7 months or so. I drink decaf everything. I try not to intake stimulants like that. It's always best to start slow when fasting as it could be too much of a shock to your system. I am not sure about the whole apple thing, I never heard of it, so I would be interested in knowing about that as well. When I fast and cleanse you can feel the toxins coming out, sometimes I've seen them in the toilet, etc. Sometimes I break out majorly, then after the toxins come out it clears up better than before. The first time I did a longer fast and a more intense one it kind of freaked me out because (I don't mean to be graphic but no other way to explain it) in the toilet after a bowel movement there was this weird orange oil in the water, and I kept leaking this oil throughout the day. I called my doctor, explained it, I didn't tell him I was fasting, but he instantly asked if I was doing anything to get toxins out of my body. I said yes, he said that the oil was the toxins leaving my body. Now sometimes my body just does that on it's own, but normally I can feel before it does it so I get prepared for it and start wearing pads. After all the toxins leave I normally lose anywhere from 3 to 10 pounds, my tummy become flatter, I have more energy, and all around feel better. I think it might be another reason why I look younger than I really am, many people say eliminating toxins out the body often helps you not to age too fast. I get mistaken all the time for a high school student, many thing I look anywhere from 14 to 17. And I'm turning 22 on the 16th! So I see it like this, if I get rid of the toxins twice or more a year, by the time I'm 40 I'll look 30.
Oh and yes fasting is hard but it shows you how disciplined you really are, and also how much you eat just out of boredom as opposed to eating because you really need to. It will teach you when you really need to eat and when you are just doing it because you are bored or because you were just tempted. Good luck with it and let us know how it goes!

ok, so im going to do a 3 day cleanse,
i found this
http://www.detox.net.au/articles/detox/liver-gallbladder-cleanse/how-to-do-a-liver-gallbladder-cleanse.html
i think id be able to do it quite easly because you get to eat loads of apples so still consuming something but still flushing out the system,
ana, you do look very young indeed, so you have given me motivation to do this.
im going out to buy loads of green apples, apple cider vinegar and apple juice.
you should look up apple cider vinegar, it has so many health benifits and you can take a teaspoon of it every day to kill of any parasites, and bad things in yr tummy.
i recieved my royal jelly today and took 2 pills but im not going to take any more untill ive finished this cleanse
im going to finish on thursday at the same time i start my cider vinegar 2day
thanks anastasia and ann for your advice, i will be posting how im getting on, for the three days, might ask hubby if he wants to do it too.... lol no chance
oh,, 1 more question to anasstasia,.. how much water should i aim to drink while im on this?

As I said before this is the first time I ever heard of an apple type cleansing, but we as humans are suppose to get 8 glasses of water a day (I believe 8oz glasses) I typically drink 4 20oz bottles of water a day, while not fasting I put a flavor pack in the water normally propel or a gatorade one. While I'm fasting I just drink plain water, sometimes I'll add some berry juice for flavor but no sugar. Oh and I don't buy bottled water from a store unless absolutely necessary, and when I do I recycle the bottle. I use a sports bottle for my drinking water. I have a purification system for water in my refrigerator. Even the water for the ice is purified. I use to have a full house purification system that purified all the water that came into the house, but since we relocated I sold it to my landlord from my last place. If you normally don't drink 8 8oz glasses of water a day (I know it's sometimes hard to do so not looking down on anyone, there are days I don't get enough water in) then once you start drinking water like you are suppose to on a normal bases, you will notice a huge difference in your urine. Also if you haven't been drinking water and all of a sudden start, you can gain a little water weight, but if you stick with drinking the water your suppose to, after about a week or two that water weight will go away. When I first started I gained 3 pounds in water weight and just looked like I was bloated kind of like I do when on my cycle. But after 2 weeks it went away. Also drinking water helps get swelling with noogling, so there are many benefits. And I will definitely look into the apple cider vinegar, I normally take a teaspoon of regular vinegar a day to fight my acid reflux. I have not had heart burn in over 2 years doing this. And I was diagnosed with acid reflux at I believe 8 years old. I got tired of taking all the medicines for it and risking my liver. So vinegar is a much safer alternative. I typically go for natural remedies rather than medicine, only prescription drug I take is birth control and I see that as a need lol. I think after the kit comes to do my fasting and total body cleanse, after I do the cleanse I might start drinking bustea everyday, I have a ton of it.

ok, well i started my cleanse yesterday, and now i cant stop thinking about food, its crazy,
im finishing tomorrow at 11pm.
ive been drinking ALOT more water than i would usually, with some apple juice in it, also eating loads of green apples, 1 teaspoon of cider vinegar twice a day and some senna
tomorrow im going to take some olive oil to aid the flush out, and that will be it/
your right, you reallly do need disipline to do this, i think 7 days of it would drive me mad right now.
i am kinda proud of myself though
ive been using filtered water, just to have it that bit cleaner, just fill up the jug in my frige and let it filter through,.
i dont think i will be in any rush to do this again, but im sure i will find the strengh to do it again if i do feel much better afterwards
BUT IM SOOOOO HUNGRY HUNGRY HUNGRY
OOOO FISH, LAMB, CHICKEN, DUCK, CHIPPPPPSSSSSS, SALAD AND CHOCCCCCOLATE

But your craving the food because you can't have it, it's not that you need it, you are eating apples so you are getting nutrients. And I didn't start out being able to fast for long, I slowly worked up. I went to the store today and meant to look for apple cider vinegar, but completely forgot, oh well, next time.

I heard about royal jelly. How is it working for you so far?
I tried doing the acne cleanse its so hard to do though. Its true what they so though. What you eat has to do with how your skin is.
