What is the "Members" section and why can't I view it?

Hi gals

On the menu bar above (in grey) where "Home", "Help", "Search" are located, there is also a "Members" section. What is this and why can't I access it?

If you're logged on you should be able to click on it.  it's basically a list of the members and stats (# posts, when joined, etc).  you can also search for members by letter.  things like that...

weird that it's not working for you....   it's those computer gremlins

I just get the following error msg:

An Error Has Occurred!
You can't view the memberlist because you don't have permission to.
