One Year of Pumping: Commitment is Key!
Today makes 365 days for me since I began noogling!

In this time, I have grown by 3.7 inches around my bust and 3.3 inches on my upper bust, as well as about 2.2 inches across each breast. What this translates to is going from a 34B to a 34C/D. I have updated my stats page here (
http://www.noogleberry.com/forum/index.php/topic,1026.45.html). I began using the large cups, and after 2 months I moved on to the XLs, which I am still using. My goals right now are more visual than numerical, and my goals have constantly changed throughout this process. I would think a full 34D would be what I’m going for, but I really won’t know until I get there.
What I want everyone who hopes for results like mine to know is that sticking with NB works. It isn't a short-time thing. Those of you who have been doing this for some months already know this, so that message is more for people who are still considering NB or who have just started.
I have pumped every single day for the last year. Only once did I go more than 22 hours without pumping (it was 29 hours, and this was just a couple weeks ago). On average, I have pumped nearly 2.5 hours each day. This means that in the last year, I have pumped a total of 860 hours. Yeah. Quite a lot! Also, as you can tell, I keep ridiculously thorough records

I pump two to five times each day in sessions ranging from 30-50 minutes. I have tried to keep at least 2 hours in between sessions to give time for marks/indentations to go away, but since I started using weather stripping/foam tape yesterday, it seems I won't need to wait at all and that I can pump longer and with more pressure too (for more on this, see the stats link I posted above and here
http://www.noogleberry.com/forum/index.php/topic,1410.0.html). I have tried pumping with no cushioning, with the foam rings from Noogleberry, and with poster tack. I really like the weather stripping, and I think I will probably be using this alone now. I have tried both the “pump and hold” and the “pump and release” techniques and have found that a combination works best for me. I pump and hold, and then (before pumping up more) I release a little bit.
This is just what my experience has been, and I know there have been many others who have not pumped every day, who have only pumped an hour a day, etc. who have also had good results. Everyone will respond at different rates and to different techniques. I just thought it would be helpful for people who want to know how I got my results.
I wish that I and others did not feel the need to spend hours and hours pumping our chests so that we feel better about the way we look, but do know that it does and can work if one sticks with it.
