Happy holidays to everyone,
I ordered a pump through paypal yesterday. Now I need to cancel my order for several reasons and I need a refund. I have emailed customer service but I'm worried it's too late Sad. I live in the US if that makes any difference. Please help me. Thank you.

Hello holidayfromreal.  I use Paypal too.  I think what you have to do is contact Lucy at Noogleberry and ask them to refund your payment.  Hopefully in the near future you will decide to become a Noogler again.

Yea, paypal cannot refund your money, paypal is only a merchant service. What you need to do is email Lucy and ask her if she shipped your noogleberry yet, her email is lucy@noogleberry.com
