Hi Does any one use the noogleberry pump for several hours in one session. I know that you are advised to pump for 30 minutes at a time but i was wondering like if i was just sitting at home for 3-4 hours would i get better / bigger results if pumped for this long or would i be over doing it.

I don't know about pumping up and down for all this time but pumping then using an airlock for a longer session should help in the long run. You'd know if you overdid it, they'd go purple and you'd get a bruise like a hickey where the dome sits.

Hi Susan.  It seems Gina has experienced excellent results from Airlocking for 1-5 hours.  I am going to follow her routine since it seems to have worked for her.
