So finally got my NB today, yesh!!   I was worried the snow storm would hold up my package till late this week or something.  Thank God!  Lol I was so joyful when I opened the door and saw it sitting on my doorstep.

Anyhow, here's my starting stats...

Bust: 32.25"+
Ribs: <29"
Height: 5'9"
BMI: 20? (haven't weighed recently)
Cup Size: 34AA  

Method: Following Arwen's method.  Pump till comfortably tight, hold for 20 sec or so, then release.  Repeat.  This lasts for [edit] 15-20 min and I'll try to do this at least twice daily--I'm already determined to do this routine faithfully.  

GOAL: Full C or until my boobs match my booty   Being Black & Puerto Rican did NOT help with boobs in my case!  I remember answering an online survey on my breast size and I was only in the lower 5% compared to others of my race(s)!  Talk about embarassing!

Background: Unfortunately I self-diagnosed myself as having mildly tuberous breasts--mostly the left side though.  Been an AA/AAA since age 13, haven't grown till I tried PM/GR with PC.   Went from 30.75" to 32.25".  Had no effect after 4th month (+ shrank .25"), so tried common herbs and only had alot of swelling.  Back on PM routine.  Used big inserts for 2 yrs now   and getting tired of feeling fake or being careful to make sure shirts cover most of my chest so my secret isn't revealed.  It's bad enough being nervous about changing in front of female relatives!  I wanna be able to wear what I want without looking like a 10 yr old, and stop bothering my [oh-so-patient & understanding] bf about my boob size so much.   I know I drive him crazy at times lol.


I will make sure to update after my 1st week mark, and then monthly from there.  Fingers crossed I'll have a nice B cup going by summer!

 OK, I hate to have to do this, but I haven't measured since late last year.  So when I measured last week, I was smaller than I thought!  This sux!  Guess I was just measuring swelling before?  Herbs really aren't doin' much for me anymore obviously! 

Bust: 31.5"

I got my work cut out!  But good news is I'm getting more fullness each day ever since Day 3 of noogling.  I can really tell a difference in the past couple days when I look in the mirror from the front, and there's a small change with protrusion.  Also, I'm noticing that my itty bitties are getting close to filling the small cups?  They are past the 2" mark and it's only been 1 week!  I wouldn't be surprised if I outgrow them before the weekend.  Good thing I bought 2 pairs right?

Pumping time has increased to 30 min now per session.  Unless fam members are home with me, then I shorten it back to 20.  My measurement after pumping... 32" Will check back in after 1 month of NB.

WE CAN DO THIS!!...i noogle an hour when i wake up & 2 hours before i go to bed.

I think the longer you pump the better!

OK, it's been 4 weeks so gotta check in...

I noticed I filled the small domes--well, mostly my smaller/normal boob does--since Sunday.  I was excited lol!  Maybe there really was something to taking those Ensures after pumping @ bedtime.  I tried the med domes on after pumping with smalls last night...and lo and behold they stuck to my chest (after a couple tries)!   I couldn't believe it.  And it's only been 4 weeks of noogling.  I'm not as fast a responder as some but I definitely have the steady progress thing goin'.   The meds seem pretty spacious compared to smalls, feels like it might take 2 months to fill 'em out lol.  Least I accomplished my short-term goal of graduating to meds by the time I had to update again.

Now as for the breasts themselves, they are def rounder, firmer and fuller.  Prolly the best they've looked in a long time too!  Last time they looked this good was--ironically--March 09 lol.  I was on PM for the 1st time as my progress was at its peak then, before it began to slow to a halt and declined a bit.  However this time, I got no doubts this is just the beginning of something great.  Despite the somewhat larger appearance, I didn't grow as much as I figured but it was still pretty good.  I measured before pumping this morning and here is my new measurement... 32.25"    Not bad, huh beings that I started from 31.5"?

BTW no more herbs now, I'm through!  There's no need for them anyhow.    I only wish that I could go back in time to when I 1st started my NBE journey and buy the NB instead of PM!  I know I would be busting out of my C bras by now and my hair would be a lil thicker than it is lol.  D@mn herbs made me shed!  Anyways, my new short-term goal is to at least be at the 3/4 mark of the meds next update.  Fingers crossed!

Congrats, Shygurl!  I'm glad you came onto the Noogleberry way to bigger boobs!! 

It's the best thing, isn't it??  I'm like you and wish i had started w NB rather than the herbs...

I've given up on herbs as well - I've only been noogling for about a week, but I can feel that it's already doing something, and I'm finding it really addictive!

1 thing i noticed is if you give yourself a 1 day break from NB  & pump the next day you
will notice a growth spurt,i found this out because i wanted 2 rest my boobs (thought i was
putting too much pressure on my poor boobs) & WOW i got a growth spurt.If you try it let
me know how you get on,since experiencing it & surfing the forum quite a few other ladies have experienced the exact same thing! I've grown over an inch in 4weeks,i hope i can gain another in 4weeks.Also u said you are of mixed race? Mee too!! My dad is 1/2 jamaican 1/2 chinese & my mum is white..Everyone female apart from me on my dads side of the family have slim frames with a big back off & large breasts! well at least im getting myboobies now huh?

Thank you for your encouragement, girl. Yes, I know the period will bring some swelling before it comes and take away some when it goes, so I am not too optimistic with what I've got now. However, I do believe that something will remain because after all, my boobies are still bigger than they were at this time last month 

How is your "one day off" going, I wonder too? I find it works for me. I got better swelling after that. So I will take 1 day off every 4 weeks. 

Adding cocoa butter and vit E is a good idea. I read about it on Eve's forum. I'm using Shea Butter (Body butter) now because it's similar to cocoa butter and when I went to the shop to buy cocoa butter, they were run out of it  . I do not add Vit E because I read somewhere that you should only use Vit E when your body is lack of it (your body needs a very small amount of Vit E, indeed, to function). If you use it carelessly, it will adverserly affect your overall health. Maybe I'm too skeptical. But I'm on PM and Borage oil now, and NB is still working great, so don't want to force my body too hard with pills.

Are you using Palmer cocoa butter cream? Palmer's one is heard to be good, but it contains mineral oil (you may find some article on how bad mineral oil affects your health on my stat page). May I suggest you using The Body Shop cocoa body butter or Jason's cocoa butter cream (Jason's is in US only) instead. They do not have mineral oil in the ingredients.
