Hi,
This might already be posted somewhere but what kind of lotion are you all using while noogling? Has anyone found certain types of lotion to help swelling more than others?
I just use whatever miscellaneous body lotion I have on hand but now I'm wondering if something specific might help my state of non-progress that I'm stuck in.
Thanks

Hey Jaybee,
I've seen your posts in other threads, and I'm wondering: do you pump hard enough? Now I know we have to be cautious when noogling - if you go overboard you can give yourself some pretty horrible bruises and cause yourself pain, and if you go waaaay overboard, you could risk actually damaging the vascular tissues in your breasts or (heaven forbid) tearing a ligament. (Though like I said, you'd have to go waaaaay overboard for that to occur, and you'd be in ridiculous pain long before that point.)
Having said that, though, if you very cautiously underpump, you're not going to get growth, as the breasts need to be put under decent pressure regularly and consistently to enlarge and expand the vascular systems and allow "space" to be created that your body will hopefully fill in with blood and, eventually, new breast tissue.
I'm no noogle expert, as I've only been pumping for 2 days now, but being the meticulous freak I am I've done hours of research on the principles of tissue expansion (which is what we're doing), and when I read your posts I thought I'd just pose the "doing it hard enough" question to you. Perhaps some other, more experienced nooglers could give opinions?

when i was noogleing instead of just holding too tight of a seal (becuase it got me red dots) instead i would just the release and hold method. Pump it to the max and then release i would do that for 15 min and then for 30 min i just leave them on hold with a lower pressure.

Thanks so much for your input daylight and blue_sardine..
When you pump to the max how long do you hold it there before releasing? And when you say release, do you basically remove it completely and have to put the cups on all over again or release just enough so that they're still on but with little pressure?
I thought I was pumping hard enough because I get red dots if I do it too hard so to avoid the red dots I do it a bit lighter but maybe that's what you're saying that it's not hard enough? I just wanted to find a way to avoid the red dots but maybe pumping then releasing will help that.

I've got the same problem as you, Jaybee.
I've been on the XLs for 3 months and to get any swelling, I need to pump so hard til I get the red dots and white rings. if i let up on the pressure, no swelling. I haven't had an increase in 3 months now.
I'm hoping it's just a phase. Did you just move up to a larger cup as I did?

Wannabecee,
I'm still on the medium cups..no end in sight for me.
Maybe we should try the pump and release, so pump really hard but release before you get a chance to form the red dots?

Jaybee, with pump and release you still retain a bit of pressure on release, just enough to keep the cups from falling off, then pump up again. I don't think it really matters what lotion you use just use plenty of it, everyone seems to have a favourite that suits them.

-pump to maxiumm and release at soon as possiblee
-release until you feel comfortable and not tight(butnot too the point where the domes come off) keep the domes on.

I think everyone has an idea of how the growth is happening - it's going to be different for everyone. I usually pump just short as I can bear it as long as it doesn't cause anything to happen to the skin, i.e. dots, bruising. And hold, but depending on the length of the session might take a break. Remember that the other suction system, BRAVA uses much less suction but for longer periods of time and that works too.
I've got much better swelling than I did 5 months ago when I started, but some days the swelling is huge and lasts a long time, and other days, not much swelling at all...so there is no one answer to what will work. some ladies have gotten growth without much swelling and others get lots of swelling and little growth, all with different techniques.

Up until recently I was using a normal 'off the shelf' body lotion which contained Avacado oil for pumping and the seal was just fine. Whilst surfing for info on herbs, etc, I came across somewhere... cant remember the site, where someone said that Q10 lotion promotes growth. So the last time I needed body lotion I bought some that contained Q10. I thought, what the heck, why not. Anyway, it smears just the same as the other stuff and gives a good seal. Now I'm not going to say that it has caused any growth, but I am filling my 1000cc domes very quickly these last few weeks. I think it's just coincidental and a sign that over the last 6 months my girls have indeed put on a bit of weight and still continue to do so. As a certified noogleholic, I just cant stop. I've come to the conclusion that theres no such thing as saying ' I think that's enough now...Time to stop noogling'. I'm hooked.

Hi jaybee,
I too have seen you write on other threads that you haven't gained any growth..
I think you are not pumping hard enough!Ipump quite hard &sometimes its quite uncomfortable but after a while my boobs get used to it & they are fine.I dont do the pump & release as i find i dont get good swelling that way, i pump then i hold there for 10mins then pump again, then i release &pump again & hold it for as long as i can (hour most of the time)...by this time my boobs are swollen so my boobs go further up the large cups! You have to push your boobs to grow.Even though i pump hard i dnt get any red dots or bruising.I know the limit 2 how much i should pump.
Please try my method...another girl on here who did try it got swelling for the first time so i know its not a method that works on just me.
So pump harder but dont over do it..
best wishes

Hey all! This is my first time posting, and i have a question about comfort while pumping. I've been pumping for just over a week, and am not really seeing any results yet, but i feel it might be because i'm not pumping my boobs as hard as i think i can! The thing is i can Barely stand the pain of the dome rings! They just dig into me, and after an hour i have horrible red rings with a swollen white ring around the edge. I currently don't use any padding. I've seen the foam rings and the "yoga mat" method of providing padding. Just wondering if any of you guys use these forms of padding or nothing at all, and which seems to work better! Thanks!

For now I'm using the camper tape while I wait for the new improved raings from noogleberry to come out and keeping my fingers crossed that they will be awesome. The camper tape works okay for me, but I get tired of having to change it and I'm still getting left over marks sometimes, but I'm beginning to think that's from the nights I fall asleep with them on and maybe I should still to 30 minute sessions.
As for lotion, I use the oil of olay with vitamin E lotion. I was using the palmers stretch mark lotion, but didn't like the smell. The oil of olay was way more in the bottle for the same price and smells nice with just a wee bit of shimmer. lol, not that that parts important. even shimmering boobs can't detract from the red rings when you first take them off. haha

Reeree, if you've only been noogling for a week then you need to go easy on the pumping to give your boobs chance to get used to the pressure, pumping too hard too soon can cause all sorts of problems and don't worry if you aren't seeing any swelling yet, it really is early days for you and most people don't see swelling straight away.
As far as comfort goes, what size domes are you using? I found I could pump quite easily with the medium domes without much discomfort but the large domes are a different matter!! I'm in the UK and use something called Insul Tape (which is used for lagging pipes) to cushion my domes and I can now pump away without any pain and the red rings fade pretty quickly.
Welcome to the forum and good luck with the Noogling!

FYI - To all those thinking they're actually growing new breast tissue, there's no such thing. You may be stretching and swelling what tissue you have, but everyone's breasts are comprised of pretty much the same amount of connective tissue. What makes the difference in the size of our breasts is how much fat was stored in them during puberty. That's why skinny girls, like I was were deprived of large breasts, my body didn't have enough fat to store any in my breasts. That combined with a hormonal imbalance gave me the shape I'm stuck with today.
With that said, I think the best way to gain "breast mass" is to make sure you get enough proteins and fats in your diet to give your body the building blocks and fat needed to hopefully help fill the breasts with fat while we're noogling. Which is what I think is occurring while we noogle, we're stretching and expanding the breasts and improving the circulation, which in turn is helping to allow the body to store extra fat in the breasts instead of just the tummy, but, hips, or anywhere else it accumulates. I wish I could wear some kind of a suit that would squeeze the excess fat that I wish I didn't have in my lower half up to my breasts, that would be cool, if I could do that I'd be the next Dolly Parton!
Also, I think another of the best ways to help us achieve the big beautiful breasts we so desire is to somehow stimulate the hormones that caused our breasts to store fat during puberty, as many men/women on this site are already doing. Which is where things like BO, PM, etc. come in handy, but be careful as to which ones you try, as depending on your current body chemistry some can have negative effects. For example, a woman with low estrogen might benefit from something like PM or other herbals that help boost the bodies estrogen levels and possibly help promote "real breast growth". Whereas someone like me doesn't dare take anything that will increase my estrogen production, as I'm already experiencing estrogen dominance, which is not a good thing. I've tried the herbals before, the last one of which had PM in it, and my system is so messed up from all of the extra estrogen that I have developed a condition called Adenomyosis. And trust me ladies, that's one condition you don't want to get naturally, so be careful you don't do anything that will give it to you prematurely or cause you to have it when you would have never had it on your own. So with that said, someone like me that has an abundance of estrogen would probably be better off taking something like BO (Bovine Ovary), which is a source of natural progesterone and helps reduce or eliminate the effects of estrogen dominance. But you also have to do your homework before you chose a brand, as many of the low cost brands can be dangerous to your health, I myself am saving up to buy some Bountiful Breast. I'm hoping after doing some research that it will help with my uterine condition and a few other issues I'm having, if it helps with those any breast enlargement I experience will just be an added bonus.
One suggestion I would make before starting or continuing any breast enhancement supplement would be to have your gynecologist give you a hormone test to see where your levels currently are. You might also be able to talk to him/her to find out what supplements they would best recommend (if any) to help that will work in harmony with your body instead of throwing it out of whack as it has done to mine and several other women on this site. The best supplements to chose are the ones that will work with your body, not against it, that's why herbals work for some, BO works for others, a combination of the two work for some, and nothing seems to work for the rest.
Hope this has helped in anyway, and good luck to all of us on our quests for bigger breasts!
Oh, and I use and get the best results from Suave Cocoa Butter with Shea lotion, it helps moisturize them and helps prevent unwanted stretch marks.
