Hi Cleo! I'm using the medium rings right now. Little info on me: i'm 24, have two little boys and i breastfed them both till they were 7 months. Finished up breastfeeding 4 months ago. Before pregnancy i was a small 32a, during pregnancy and breastfeeding with both of them i shot up to a full c, but now am left with empty, saggy 32a again
I've been reading on here and Eve's form for a while, and it gave me hope cause since my boobs have already stretch to a C i might be able to get them back! Honestly that's all i really would like is for them to look like that again!! I'm also taking Fenugreek, Wild Yam, EPO, Gelatin, Borage Oil, and L-Tyrosine(cause i have a VERY low temp!) I usually pump till it feels kinda tight, then wait till i don't notice it as bad, then pump up a lil more, and keep this up for 1-2hours in the evening, and if my boys allow, once in the afternoon. I may be a lil over zealous cause my husband is deployed right now, and i would really love to suprise him when he gets back! So, maybe i pump too hard, but feel like my boobs themselves could go more, just the rings hurt so bad that i don't even feel my boobs being stretched
I've read a lot of people getting swelling or notice something after a couple boobs, and told myself that that was gonna be me too, especially since i am using herbs too, but i guess even though my boobs have been "pre-stretched" so to speak, i'm not going to respond that quick. I've got 10 months till my hubby gets back, so i know i've got time, just anxious for something to start and give me hope i guess!! I was thinking about going to Walmart and getting a yoga mat for comfort since that seems to be the cheapest way! Thank you for all the wonderful advice you ladies give on these forums!! I get excited every time i get on here and read!!!

Hi everyone,
Thanks for all yout input..
About not pumping hard enough, I thought that pumping to the point of getting red dots was not the way to go..I pump just up until that limit, and even then it's still very hard for me to avoid the red dots. So I have to be using quite a bit of pressure to be getting those red dots. However, in the beginning I wasn't always pumping that hard so I don't know if that's to contribute to me being so unresponsive. But I have been at it a while so..I don't know.
The rings also kill my chest and even though I feel my boobs could take more, my actual ribs can't! I need to find a solution to this. I wish noogling wasn't so painful. I have to try some kind of cusioning method but I've read of quite a few here I don't know what to try - yoga mat, blu tac, etc. Is "insul tape" available in Canada?
Maybe the release and hold method will help prevent red dots while still allowing me to pump harder. sigh. Back to the drawing board.
But you girls are all so amazing and I really appreciate how helpful you're being.

reeree,
Did you use lots of lotion on the yoga mat rings still? (between mat and skin) Why couldn't you get any suction?

Yes. I use Palmers lotion since i have a lot left over from my last pregnancy. I didn't know if i'm still supposed to use lotion with the rings or not, so i just used it like normal. I tried for 10minutes a couple times now, but no matter how i hard i try to seal it, just won't! I did not glue them to the rings as i was afraid if it didn't work i would be stuck trying to peel glue off!! Am i doing it wrong?? Do i need to glue them first before it'll work??

Thank you OptimisticGirl!! I guess maybe i used the wrong yoga mat! I thought it looked solid but upon closer look, seems like it's the breathable kind. Bummer! But i guess i'm getting used to these domes now cause i can keep them on for an hour and a half no problem, and i think i need to order the large domes now cause my boobs are now filling them Completely!!
Hopeing for some growth soon!!!
If i do try the yoga mat, next time i'll take your advise and just cut holes for my boobs! The two round circle thing was hard to try and keep on!! Thank you for all your help!!

The secret with using yoga mats is...to cut out a hole for your breast first before putting it on.

@ Reeree:
Glad to hear that you have filled your domes completely. I have ordered the L domes even I do not fill my M because I don't want to wait when I eventually need them
(Hope that!
)
If you want to try yoga matt and has trouble, feel free to ask me here, in my thread, or send me personal message. I'm new to this forum and always love to share everything.
Happy growing!!!

I'm still not sure I understand about how the mat is cut out - is it cut out as one piece with 2 holes in it for each breast? If so, how can you tell how far apart to cut out each circle? It would be hard to know where on your chest you will be placing them..know what I mean? Have you girls been having trouble with cutting out 2 individual circles on separate pieces of mat? I'm about to try this but not sure about the method.
On a side note I just got my PM cream in the mail..been about 3 days..
thanks

@ jaybee:
I think I have talked about it on my thread with picture?
Maybe I didn't make myself clear enough
. So this is my way.
I only have to place my domes on the mat, close to each other, and draw along their edges. Draw 2 smaller circles to cut into 2 holes. That's it!
It will be easier to imagine if you see the picture I have posted
I don't cut the mat into separate pieces because I have trouble putting them on at the same time with my double system (I don't want to glue them to the domes either, because when my ribs can bear it, I prefer to go without padding). Besides, 2 pieces will make a wide gap between my breasts but I desire cleavage.
Hope that helps, girl!

Hi guys,
I been using Mediterranean Olive oil after noogleing the last 2 days & i have kept my swelling longer..My boobs feel more full to
Ithought i'd post this incase anyone would want to try it out,i got it from avon.
It doesn't make you feel oily either which is a bonus,i hate using oils that make u feel slippery.

Hey,
I've been using olive oil with aloe vera gel mixed together and it feels great, it's thin when on, not a thick cream but it still works. and much less residue on the cups too. As for swelling, can't say anything about that yet.

Thanks Optimistic girl, I think I get it. Thing is the pictures in the thread don't show up for me for some reason.
I will try your method soon. At least I have a whole mat to cut up if it doesn't work.
