NEW SOFT CUP RINGS HAVE ARRIVED!!!

Dear All, well i have some good news! At long last and due to reasons outside of my control, the new medium cup rings have arrived. We have tested them and personally, i am very pleased with the end product. They seem to enable the medium cups to fit well and plug the gaps on the chest wall. They are also nice and soft and make the cups more comfortable and also increase the height of the cups by about 2cm.  The material they are made from is a non-toxic , medical grade foam which is totally inert, so it is extremely safe. This type of foam is often used for prothesis fittings etc and although it is soft and stretchy, it is very tough and durable and will withstand even acid. It is white in colour and when you need to clean it, you could wash it in very hot water or even in the washing machine!

From previous experience with other new items, i realise that it may not be perfect for everyone but the design we have should suit the majority of users. I would welcome any suggestions with regards to changing the design but as you can appreciate , we will not be able to incorporate everyone's suggestions.

Now thats the boring bit over with - how can i get a pair? i hear you say. Well as you know we have 25 pairs for forum members and i will have to charge you a small price to offset the production costs and the postage. This will be £6.99 for a pair and is much less than what they cost me but let me know if money is a problem.

I have uploaded some pictures of the rings with the medium cup.  Please note that we only have rings for the MEDIUM cups and the other sizes will follow as soon as we know the design is correct.

Hi Lucy,
Just came across this forum which is really great.I tried my first suction system about 4 years ago and found it painful to wear and could not believe that someone had not invented something to go on the rim of these domes to stop them being so painful,so I set out to invent something to fit on the bottom of the domes.The finished product was pretty much the same as you have done which worked really well.I set out to produce them on a large scale for women to use with suction systems.I was told by the manufacturer to check if the design infringed any patents or design rights of any other product.I instructed a patent attorney to see if the design infringed any other patent which cost me over £2000.I then found out it did infringe Brava Breast patents (Bio-Mechanica) and that if I continued the production with these rings they could take me to court and sue me.I was so disappointed that I had spent all this money and time to find something that would have helped hundreds of women.Brava have 11 patents that pretty much cover every possible invention for a  cushioned device being used with enhancement domes.I wondered why no one else had done it before and this is obviously why.Having looked into it all I have never found any manufacturer that has brought out a dome with a cushioned attachment etc and this is why.I wanted to contact you so you don't make the same mistake I did and produce 1000s of these things only to have them stopped.Brava are constantly checking no one has infringed their design rights or patents and even more so now ,as they have a lot of competition.I hope this info helps you!

Hi sallyhollom, thank you for your email and advice. We come across many patent issues all the time due to the nature of the products we produce including penis extenders, pumps etc and i would be very surprised if we are infringing any copyright; Brava uses an electric pump, ours is a manual one. Their cup rings are attached and gel, ours are foam and detachable optional extras. It would not surprise me if Brava tried to do something but im not worried. They should be more worried about Noogleberry and the fact that we can offer a breast enlargement system which is a fraction of the price of theirs. We are very small and will not dent their profits too much. In fact im sure that we actually help to promote breast enlargement and some who use ours also use the Brava.

If they do try to stop us after we have mass produced them, then i know i can always supply them via this forum.

By the way, do you still have the rings you made? If so, feel free to give us more details and you may be able to offer them on the forum and recoup some money.

here are the xl BB domes dimensions  Extra Large size domes 13cm base 12cm to 14.5cm height
 does anyone know how much diference between these and the measurements of the domes which the rings are for???

Hi Lucy,
That is very kind of you to offer.I do have a couple somewhere but I only got as far as the prototypes and then put it all on hold after advice from my patent attorney.It was made from a closed cell foam and was exactly the same principle as yours .I was trying to find all my original documents from this guy to see if it would be any help to you, as I had pages of it (still not much to show for my 2 grand).Brava had covered every possible variant on their dome.They are very clever.The dome and rim hold 5 patents alone to stop anyone trying to copy part or some of their design.The dome is the most important part for Brava. It must have cost them a fortune,mind you they have made enough money from their product.They have a worldwide patent too and that costs 1000s ! One of my documents states;
The cushioned rim whether attached or separate may comprise of any 'appropriate material' used for cushioning the rim of the domes.This includes rubber,silicone or foam.The patents on the dome are endless as this is the part that they don't want people to copy.I know Brava have already sued once so this ,so that is why I just thought it was not worth it,you can end up losing everything and I was not going to risk that.Even China haven't brought out a dome with an attached or detachable rim so they must be aware of the risks to.I think if you sell this to people on the forum you should be OK like you say.May be we should invent cushioning for the penis pumps.Do they complain of the same problems as us girls!! Anyway it has been really nice talking to you and thank you for your reply and kind offer sally x

Hi Sally, thank you very much for the early warning. To be forwarned is to be forarmed or something like that!  I will tread carefully and plan a strategy and take some legal advice. We will always supply these if the work well but will need to act within the law. Just so that i dont incriminate myself and leave myself open to Brava, i will delete these posts once you have had time to read them,

I am glad you have found my advice useful.I think you are right,maybe sell them very low key or something.The only thing is everyone joins so many chat rooms that word spreads fast.I  am sure you will think of a way.If Brava dont know then they cant do anything, can they !.I think it is the whole USA suing thing.They seem to sue for anything! Brava are always trying to sue someone for something.They probably dont like the fact that other systems are on the market now.I think they are in the process of bringing out another few patents on their systems just to protect themselves further.Maybe it is worth becoming a LTD company in case they do take action, as this stops them taking your house etc.I think a lot of companies do that now.If you do take advice from a patent attorney shop around as they cost about 250 pounds an hour.(wish I had that job)Anyway take care and yes of course delete these messages x

Hmmm just thinking about your posts sally and lucy, if that were true does that mean that users of suction breast pumps other than brava are not enitltled to do so comfortably or without pain /injury?  I would perhaps argue a health and safety type arguement or at least an ease discomfort arguement, also i i know patents are only valid for a certain amount of time then its free for all, failing that perhaps a bra like device which hooks at the back made of foam/sillicone like those gel eye soother masks could be produced perhaps? Just throwing some ideas out for you!

Hi Mel, i thought exactly the same thing about the discomfort and surely Brava were not the first people to create a breast cup. Are they going to stop people selling silicone sheets etc for breast cups? Im sure Sally has asked all these questions before but im sure there is a way around it!

Hi jenjen, there should be plenty to go round and if you have requested some rings you should have received an invoice. If you have emailed me and i have not replied im sorry i must have missed it. But please email me again and i ll make sure i keep you a set back.

Note to all: Please note, if money is a problem as its nearly the end of the month , then i can always reserve them for you (Why is there so much month left at the end of the money?  )

Hi diana1983, as soon as we get positive feedback about the medium rings, we'll make the large cup rings and it should take a lot less time than the time it took for the medium cups since we would have passed the design stage. So please just watch this space!
