Hi Notsure, many thanks for your post. As you can tell, the Noogleberry system is a very popular alternative to the expensive Brava system. With regards to your question, although it is designed to be used whilst stationery, many ladies have used clamps on the tubing to prevent pressure loss and thus enabling them to move around with the cups in place. Judging by some of the posts we have had on the forum, it would appear that to get really good results, this is not really necessary, but you could try doing this if you prefer. Clamps are availble from aquatic supplliers and suchlike. I would supply them via the website if i felt that there was a demand for them, but i do not get this impression. I hope we get some other useful comments on this interesting thread from our other users.
