Dear All, I am pleased to tell you that we now have a new hand pump to compliment our range. No doubt you are delighted with your present hand pump and therefore you may have no need of our new one. However, if you have had problems with your pump or would like a spare, please contact me and i can supply the new one for £9.99 including shipping. It is £14.99 on the website. The new one is silent and the handle is stronger. It is also slightly more compact and lighter in weight.  I can also include some silicone tubing if necessary for a small extra cost, although the present tubing is compatible with the new hand pump.

Ah well, but you've prolly sent it out already. Even if I do get the new pump it'll prolly be worse than the old one JUST FOR ME. For everyone else it'll be better and more efficient and more fun, etc. Story of my life.

I received a package today. You are absolutely super fast  .

Well, of course, I couldn't wait and immediately tried the new hand pump (and by the way, with its new look ....I got a big smile on my face...I couldn't believe it was so much more compact than the previous one. You have made my travelling much simpler  ) together with new soft rings for large cups. I got them both work just like that. Absolutely simple!! I need to give 15 points out of 10 for them both. Amazing !

Hi Dixieland, yes we have sent you the new type hand pump. I would recommend measuring weekly. This should be more noticable than if you measured daily.

Just wondering if anyone have a picture of the new hand pump? I think mine is the old one but when I go to the website I can't tell the different to mine  Also what are the differences of the old and new except for more compact like Kultzu stated  Coz I'm just wondering if it is necessary to change to the new or not... Thanks for your help~

You do not need to change to a new hand pump unless you need to keep the old one as spare.
So far, during one year of using the system , mine has broken once and that was because I dropped it.

The new one is much smaller than the previous one. Size is less than half. The usage is very similar but I found that I needed to pump more at the beginning to get good suction comparing to the old one with only few pumps. That obviously has come from being smaller size, you need to suck air more often. However, once your cups stay on , it works just same as earlier version of hand pumps.
