Is this only available online? and who do i contact? 
Did any of you get it through eBay?

Well, first, you go browse the catalog at noogleberry.com . Then, when you've decided whether to get the double or single, and any accessories along with your set, you email lucy at lucy@noogleberry.com . She will then hook you up with a paypal invoice either in GBP or USD (your choice). After paying, wait 10 days for it to arrive in the mail!
