Width of the cup edge?

Could someone give me the measurement of the edge of the cup? 

My Brava domes have a this silicome padding along the edge that is about 1.5" wide... so if I use two domes at once, I get a 3" space between the breasts at the cleavage.  In other words, the padding is so wide that it sits on top of the breasts at the cleavage, so I don't get the full breast into the cup  

Is the NB edge thinner?  What about if you add the foam pads?
