hey to everyone
ok firstly i found out about this pump system frm a search on ebay
im considering very much to buy this pump..most likely the double one
what i want to know is how do the domes stay in place?do i hold them?are there bra like straps to keep them on your breasts??
sorry for all the questions..its just that i bought one pump frm elsewhere and i had to hold the dome as well as pumping which gave me wrist ache...aarghh

Hi Callisto,

I have been using a double system now for about 30 days. First started with a-b cup size then changed a week ago to a larger one (b-c). To answer your questions, for me I hold them only first 10 seconds or until I got the right pressure that sucked my breasts firmly. Afterthat I only laid back (I normally sat on the couch and in the comfortable position) , released and pressed again. Repeated the whole process during one session. My session is either once a day with 30 mins or few times a day 10-15 mins each , depending the schedule of the day.Do not expect to have the activities that would require back or arms  , I usually read some magazines , papers that I have missed during the day.

Yes and No  .

You pump more until you feel comfortably tight and you release when it is too tight. Should hold it at least some seconds before releasing it. There are several techniques the ladies shared with us here so I recommend you to read through those and adapt to your comfortable use once you have received the system.

Hi Callisto,

In response to one of your earlier questions, I tend to release the pressure a little every so often during the sessions and re-pump which seems to have had positive results, rather than just pumping it up and leaving it. However, as soon as you recieve yours, you will adapt it to suit you and will find out what works best for you.

I was a 32A to start with and started off with the small cups, however after a couple of weeks I moved onto the medium cups, so if you have only ordered the small ones you may need to upgrade a size sooner than you expect!! It all depends on how much you use the system. But it really is worth it!

  Hi Everyone!!

Im Nicki and purchased my system (double) about one week ago now....

I think I am using it correctly because I can see and feel the pressure on the breast as I pump....Im not using it as often as I would like in the day (but using it daily), due to other committments around me... Hopefully with perseverence there will be sign of improvement...

I have had three kids and Im a size 10: used to be a 12 and have a decent bust, now only 34A, and I hate it....

I hope in time it gives me back the confidence I have lost over time, because of this!

well i recieved my double system today
10/10 for efficient fast delivery
but im really annoyed with myself
i ordered the small cups as im a 32A but i find the small cup doesnt take my full breast in
now i dont know what to do???
help?

hello again

its been 2 weeks of me using the double system now

ive been using the technique of stretching back when pumping to improve suction which seems to work

theres no increase as of yet in my breasts but id say they feel fuller

ive been pumping twice a day 15 mins each time

thought id share this info with you all x

Hi Callisto, its good to hear back from you and of your progress. It sounds like your technique is improving , just keep it up and you will definitely see the benefits soon! Although 2 weeks is still fairly early days. Did you see Arwen's post with the link to her before and after pictures?
