Yea every TS, TV, etc. that I've known either was a beautician of some sort, a designer as far as fashion, interior, etc. or they worked online or something where it didn't matter what they looked like, or they did shows and modeling as a drag queen, that sort of thing...it's sad how limited yall are as far as work and so stupid, you would think in this time and age society would be more accepting of what's different. But I doubt that will ever change. I've experienced some of it not due to me being different in appearances but because of my religion. I'm Pagan, and grew up in a city in Georgia, USA, I grew up in a "bible belt" there was a Christian church on every corner, literally, so I was looked down on by many. And believe it or not...many jobs in the south ask you questions about your religion! And will only hire Christians. So, I wasn't limited as much as you are being myself, but I was still limited due to what I believe in, stupid huh? And so funny cause most Christians in the town I grew up in were all hypocrites. I never judge people based on their beliefs, but if you are preaching one thing and doing another, does it make sense to call yourself what you claim you are? If you tell me having sex before marriage, I'm going to go to hell, yet last Saturday night you had an orgy, come on. I found it funny when they would say I'm going to hell or I'm a devil worshiper, etc. Pagans, Wiccas and the like don't even believe in hell or the devil! I told them they are confusing me with satanists. Satanist turn the Christian symbol, the cross, and the Pagan symbol, the pentacle or pentagram whichever you prefer, upside down and use that as their symbol. Well Christians have said to me, well you wear the symbol of satanism, I said no I wear a Pagan symbol which is right side up, just as you wear yours right side up, Satanists wear theirs upside down just as they wear your symbol upside down. Telling me I wear the symbol of satanists is like me telling a Christian they are wearing their symbol. So ignorant.

LOL but here I go on ranting again, ugh people's ignorance pisses me off sometimes. Anyway, hope everyone had a great weekend!

You look fabulous in boobs and face!  Sweetie, I don't know why you call yourself Eman!!  You look more like Emily than Eman  .  Think about it !!!  I think you will find no better place for acceptance than in here... right all??

Of course - there is no question about it.  Everyone should be accepted - I hope that one day there will be no need even for that question to be asked.

Well actually Joan, it's Emma! But you are spot on...As for what Rachiex and Anastasia are saying, we still have a way to go on acceptance...I too am from the Bible Belt [Houston, TX] and my folks aren't happy with what I've been doing--of course they already know! But as for my job, they take presentable dress and professionalism [sorry for going off-topic] very seriously...so I consequently do it on occasion to relieve a little stress [not at my job, of course].

Ugh, it's so frustrating isn't it Emma? I have a hate/love relationship with the south. I love the weather, the food, the beautiful scenery, etc. but hate the judgmental people. I'm currently in Cuba, stationed here with my hubby who is in the Navy. And we do things as a couple that would be viewed as wrong by his job, so we have to hide it. But as far as the people here, they are less judgmental. When I first arrived here my hair was bright pink, yes it was my hair and was permanent. And no one here judged me for it, where as in GA I'd get rude comments, but the compliments outweighed them and I liked it so that's all that mattered. I'll add a pic here of me with pink hair so you can see. I had pink hair for a year, I dye my hair a different color about every year to two years. I've been every shade of blonde there is including strawberry blonde. I've been brunette, red, pink, purple, blue, orange, yellow, everything except black, green, silver, and white. I first had my hair last year where it was platinum blonde with hot pink underneath, then I dyed the whole thing pink.

The pink hair looked great!  I know what you mean Emma.  I also work and cannot show my female persona.  So I have to wear button up shirts and things like that.  It feels so good though to get home and be myself.  I just had ANOTHER birthday (God so many of them).  My wife told me to get all dolled up and took me out to a really nice restaraunt for dinner and then a nightclub afterwards for cocktails.  It was such a fun night and just so nice to be able to show off my NB achievments and not hide behind a baggy shirt!!!

Thanks Kultzu.  You have always been so kind and nice in here to so many people.  There are only a few people who "talk" in the forum here with me, but it is because of you few people that I am able to go on when I feel like stopping.  I look at all the inspirational words of encouragement and I go on!  Thank God for loving and caring people like you and the others.

Joan, I think it's all of us leaning on each other. I'm sure there are times when each of us feel like giving up, but we never all feel that way at the same time and that's why we each are encouraged by each other. I know everyone here has inspired me, especially you and Emma. If you two have the courage to do it, then we should have it. I just keep pumping, even when it seems like nothing is happening. It's kind of like that kids movie "Finding Nemo", my son use to say all the time when he was learning to swim what the fish on the movie said, "just keep swimming, just keep swimming" and now I say that with pumping, just keep pumping!
