Hi just got my pump today. Bit confused though???
How am I supposed to do this? Do I pump until my breast is really enlarged and leave the pressure there for 10 mins or do I pump then let go of pressure and then re pump let go etc?
A lot of you have said how u feel bruised and swollen at first however I feel neither??
help please?

Hi xxrnhxx,
Which ever works best for you. You'll need to practice with it a bit to see what is best, and most comfortable for you. I only noticed bruising at the very beginning from pumping too much and leaving it on for too long. When that happened I stopped using it for a few days then went back to pumping my breasts up again. I use my Noogleberry as part of an exercise routine. Now I'll pump up a bit then try to put my shoulder blades back trying to make them touch and hold it while I pump a little more while holding my shoulders back. When I relax my shoulder blades it adds a little bit more suction for more of a stretch. Another way that I have done it is to pump for a bit wait a few minutes then pump one or two more pumps. When I have a lot of time I will pump, wait 10 minutes and pump more then wait 10 minutes then pump more until I am pumped to the maximum amount that I can pump then I'll leave that on for 30 minutes. What I like best about my Noogleberry is that I can pump myself up go about most of my daily routine without anything being in the way or breaking something (like my last pump from a competitor).
As for the swelling, I've only seen that type of comment recently, I am not sure if I would call it swelling because to me that is something I would associate with pain and to be honest with you I have never felt anything I would even consider close to painful.
Hope this helps if you have any other questions or need any clarification don't hesitate to ask. Good luck and I hope you reach your goals.
Regards,
Natale
