** Regarding Airlock...
 
Please, please, "Do not buy ANY Airlock online or from anyone who charges crazy amounts!"  This is a huge rip-off as you can make one yourself- cheap! 
 
After I paid $75 for my Airlock on E-Bay (to use with Brava), I found the EXACT SAME ONE at Wal-Mart for around $2 - Tubing is available too!   Check pet stores/ aquarium (fish) stores who will sell the Airlock for $1-$3 (used for the fish tank's filter).   
 
Please, don't make this mistake and kindly pass this on to others.

Hi Dolly, i am working on an airlock for the noogleberry system and the prices i have been quoted from suppliers are crazy. We will soon hopefully manufacture our own. I was wondering if you could just describe the airlock that you bought from Walmart so that i can try and find one similar. Even better, if you could email a picture that would be great. For Brava you use 6mm diameter (the hole in the middle) tubing, which is used for fish tanks to connect to filters and stuff. The end of the tubes is the right size to be pushed over the dome entrance bit on both domes then you use a T connector to join the two tubes. You then need a third piece of tubing to attach the middle of the T to a one-way valve. This allows you to suck out as much air as you want then stop and none goes back in or you can take the valve off and just suck the tubing tight and release and keep repeating to pump the breast up and down.

Many thanks. We are now able to supply the airlock in the picture below but it is fairly expensive altough very good quality. The advantage is that it is quick fit release valve and therefore is a 2 way valve but when disconnected the vacuum is maintained so the cups can be worn easily without much tubing. The lowest price that we can supply it for is £7.99 including shipping with a good length of tubing. Hopefully i can get this price down when we start to manufacture our own.

Lucy stop worrying! You're too nice! Can't believe you're making much of a profit as it is, you need your job too! (Anyway, I've paid more than that just for postage on other stuff so don't worry). If we wanted Brava domes and then were going to make our own airlock, yes the airlock would be about £2 BUT Brava won't supply domes only (it's kinda interesting how the price they charge for replacement domes, replacement smartbox and the skin prep is a few hundred less than they charge for the original system!), and ebay knows that Brava won't supply domes only so instead of competing with the £200 Brava charge if you need a second set they charge £350!!! So with your domes, your airlock (which is better than what I've made at home) and your bit of foam we're saving like 90%.

Although you don't claim permanent growth, that's because you're not advising people they need to wear for loads of hours, the principle is the same (and believe me the airlock gives much better suction than thr smartbox pump from Brava) so we can get the same result as Brava if we use like Brava or we can use as you suggest and keep topping up which is probably less likely to give rashes even if it takes a while to see anything.  NB uses the bodybuilding theory that if you 'abuse' soft tissue you cause swelling, Brava uses sustained tension, however when this is used to grow skin for grafting an implant pushes the skin from inside to stratch it 24/7 for a few months so if we calculate how many hours we wear Brava then subtract how long we leave it off - when that figure is equivalent to months of wear we should all have growth! (In reality that would take either very long wear times or years of wear which is why I think a lot of people are unsatisfied).

Hi Louise1982, thank you for putting this in perspective and relative to the Brava. You are right, i ll never be rich and all the development with designs and new products does cost a fortune and its a good job my manufacturing partner is so good and understanding. I guess at the beginning it was a kind of a crusade to try and help vulnerable ones and id receive so many similar stories from women who had been mis-sold and mis-informed that i just wanted to help out and provide a viable alternative.
Im more than happy to be guided by the forums members as to what you want and how much is reasonable but our products will always be affordable and those that use the forum know they can email me if they cannot afford the website prices and i ll help out were i can (we'll get an influx of forum members now!! lol) .

Hi fairydust, i can now supply an airlock kit which uses 6mm (1/4 inch) tubing and can be used with the noogleberry system. One can be attached to each cup or just one used between the hand pump and the tee piece. I have uploaded some more pics which you have to be logged in to see. The Airlock kit will be available soon on the website but i can supply directly before this.

I'm sorry, I'm a little confused. To clarify, say I already have the original Botticelli Airlock pump, I can purchase this special tubing from you so that it can be used with your domes? And when you say "buy directly" how would I go about doing that?

The domes, pumps and tubes for Brava / bosom beauty and noogleberry are all interchangeable so you should be able to use the airlock you have with NB domes.
