Postage Terms And Conditions

PLEASE REMEMBER – ALL ITEMS ARE SENT IN PLAIN PACKAGING – YOUR PRIVACY IS OUR CONCERN

1. Postage to the UK is free (included in all prices) and will be standard Royal Mail First Class for all items except the Battery Penis Pump, which will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded.
2. Postage to Europe and the rest of the world is also free and will be by Royal Mail Airmail.
3. Despatch is usually within 1 working day, however at busy times this may be extended to three working days.
4. UK items are usually delivered to the customer within 2 working days from despatch.  Please expect 2-5 working days from close of purchase.
5. European items are usually delivered to the customer 2-5 days from despatch.  Please expect 4-7 working days from close of purchase.
6. Items destined for the rest of the world are usually delivered to the customer 3-7 days from despatch.  Please expect 5-10 working days from close of purchase.
