Our extenders are guaranteed for 12 months from time of purchase. Also, if after purchasing this item, you are not happy with the item, refunding arrangements will be made.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. When returning any item for refund or exchange please download, print and fill in the returns form.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We are happy to exchange any item, but again the items have to be returned in unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We do recommend you return the item with a tracked service. Without tracking we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

UK 48 Hour Delivery - Free
Our standard delivery service is sent via Royal Mail and will be delivered between 8.30am-8pm Monday - Friday. We will aim to get your order to you within 5 working days, but don't be surprised if it turns up earlier than this, we will get it to you as quickly as we can!
Please note we do not deliver on a Bank Holidays and your order will be delivered the following working day.

Our international delivery option is via Airmail and can take up to 7 working days within Europe and 10-14 working days elsewhere in the world
International Delivery Tracked £8.49
Our international delivery option is via International Track and can take up to 5 working days within Europe and 7-10 working days elsewhere in the world
Please Note: Working days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holidays.
- All orders over £75.00 GBP will be upgraded to a free tracked service.
- UK will be 48 hour Royal Mail
- All other destinations will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked.
Dispatch is usually within 2 business days, however at busy times and public holidays this may be extended to 4 business days.
Please remember that times stated here are only guides and are not guarenteed as delays are possible.
PLEASE NOTE: If any item goes missing or is returned to us due to the buyer providing an incorrect/incomplete address or from not collecting the item from their sorting office, we will only reship the item once the buyer has paid for the necessary repostage costs, or we will refund the cost of the item minus our postage and packaging costs.
Items that go missing in the post when tracking has not been purchased will only be refunded or replaced at our discretion.
Items shipped without tracking is the customers responsibility, as we do strongly recommend purchasing the tracked shipping service.
