COVID-19 Information

To all our customers, Here at Noogleberry, We have increased all on site cleaning and care to ensure all face to face contact is kept to a minimum. We are also actively washing and sanitising our hands when packaging your orders.

Noogleberry is running as normal, although there may be some delays. As it stands, we are still shipping orders worldwide. 

Our carriers are informing us of the changing circumstances that they face on a daily basis; minor delays and postal suspension are happening internationally.

Royal Mail have recently updated their Incidents page to show where the postal service has been suspend and any delays. Please click here to find the latest information for delivery.

If your country on this list has had its post suspended. Please contact us sales@noogleberry.com as we can organise shipping via UPS or FedEx for you.

Our most recent update is that we’re currently only shipping from our warehouse from Monday to Friday. This means orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday as normal.

We do recommend ordering to addresses that you know you’ll be able to access, such as your home, as opposed to business addresses that may have restricted access at this time.
