Payment Terms

  1. Payment is preferred using Credit or Debit Cards by our payment providers PayPal and SagePay
  2. It is not essential for you to have a PayPal account – all major Credit and Debit cards accepted including AMEX
  3. Payment by cheque, postal order or cash are also accepted.  Please email sales@noogleberry.com if you wish to use these methods of payment.

You, buyer, and customer: refers to any person entering into a contract to purchase an item from noogleberry.com

Postage Terms And Conditions

PLEASE REMEMBER – ALL ITEMS ARE SENT IN PLAIN PACKAGING – YOUR PRIVACY IS OUR CONCERN

  1. Postage to the UK is free (included in all prices) or £5.00 for 48 hour Tracked and will be posted via Royal Mail 48 hour, or 48 hour Tracked
  2. Postage to Europe and the Rest Of The World is also free for orders over £85 GBP and will be by Royal Mail Airmail.
  3. All orders over £85.00 GBP will be upgraded to free Tracked Shipping. Tracking details will be uploaded to accounts with 24 hours of dispatch.
  4. Dispatch is usually within 2 working day, however at busy times this may be extended 4 working days.
  5. UK items are usually delivered to the customer within 2-3 working days from dispatch. 
  6. European items are usually delivered to the customer 5-7 business days from dispatch.
  7. Items destined for the Rest of the World are usually delivered to the customer 10-14 days from dispatch.
  8. Please remember that times stated here are only a guide. And delays in dispatch and delivery are possible.

  11. All returns are done so at the buyers expense, no return postage will be paid for by us
  12. If any item goes missing or is returned to us due to the buyer providing an incorrect/incomplete address or from not collecting the item from their sorting office, we will only reship the item once the buyer has paid for the necessary re-postage costs, or we will refund the cost of the item minus our postage and packaging costs.

  13. Items that go missing in the post when tracking has not been purchased will only be refunded or replaced at our discretion. Items shipped without tracking is the customers responsibility, as we do strongly recommend purchasing the tracked shipping service.

  14. CUSTOMS: While we do our best to label our orders to avoid high customs fees, this is something we have no control over. Any fee that is charged by Customs is the customers responsibility to pay.

Warranty Terms And Conditions

  1. Purchasing any one or multiple combinations of our items constitutes an acceptance of these terms on the part of the buyer.
  2. Warranty is strictly 12 months.
  3. Warranty starts from 0001 on the day after completion of payment through Paypal or SagePay, and finishes at 2359 hours on the 365th (or 366th in a leap year).
  4. Times given in Section 2 (above) are times the customer has to communicate a problem to lucy@noogleberry.com .
  5. A request for photographic qualification of any breakage will be requested and no replacement or refund will be made without this.
  6. Noogleberry.com reserves the right to refund, replace parts or replace entire kits at their discretion, taking into account the breakage or failure.
  7. A refund will only be given in the case that items are discontinued and are no longer available but we will also use our discretion.
  8. Noogleberry.com reserves the right to exceed and increase terms of this warranty – i.e. increase levels of cover during the 12 months.
  9. Noogleberry.com reserves the right to replace faulty items with items of greater value and, or greater functionality.
  10. Customers statutory rights are unaffected by these terms.

Returns/Refunds

If you decide to change your mind you must inform us within 7 days of receiving your order and refunding arrangements can be made less reasonable shipping and handling costs. All returns are done so by at the buyers expense.
